Volenti Academy’s Football & Education Programme at London Nautical School (LNS) offers 16-18-year-olds the chance to combine elite football training with a first-class education.

We give every player the opportunity to train, compete, and develop in an elite environment, preparing them for the highest levels of the game.
Competing in high-profile leagues and cup competitions, we partner with Merstham FC in the FA Youth Cup, where we made one of the most successful runs ever by a non-professional team, reaching the 4th Round Proper where we played Chelsea U18s. This incredible achievement showcases our ability to compete at the highest level and gain real exposure to professional clubs.
We have direct access to professional clubs across England and Europe, providing genuine opportunities for players to pursue a career in professional football.
While only a few will make it into the pro game, we ensure every player has a clear pathway beyond sixth form. Whether it’s progressing to university, a USA soccer scholarship, semi-professional football, or employment, we provide proven routes into a successful future.
Players from our programme have gone on to sign for professional clubs, secure USA scholarships, and pursue careers in football and beyond.
