Bobby had a highly successful professional playing career lasting over 15 years and the majority of his 400 senior appearances were for Crystal Palace, Millwall and Colchester. He is our Head Coach and one of the founding directors of the Academy. Highly respected as a coach and with an outstanding record of developing and promoting young players, Bobby’s passion and commitment have helped us become one of the most prominent independent academies in the country. Bobby also has an important role as a player mentor with a leading football agency and, with contacts throughout the game, he is ideally positioned to provide advice and support on a wide range of on and off the field issues.
