Croydon Academy

At Volenti Academy, we’ve pushed the boundaries of what’s possible outside the professional academy system. Led by former Crystal Palace players Bobby Bowry and Simon Osborn, we offer elite coaching for high-level grassroots and academy Girls and Boys aged U6-U16 looking to maximise their potential.

Our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening sessions focus on technical excellence, tactical intelligence, and game awareness, all within a fast-paced, challenging environment. While we aren’t a club, we provide selected players with opportunities to test themselves against professional academies in showcase matches and select tournaments.

We have had phenomenal success in helping players progress into professional academies directly from our Croydon Academy, with signings at clubs including Crystal Palace, Brighton, Chelsea, Fulham, West Ham, Southampton, QPR, Charlton, Millwall, AFC Wimbledon, and Sutton United.
