Some of our programs involve the processing of information about children and young people. We attempt to collect date of birth information on data capture forms to allow us to identify young people treat data relating to young people and adults separately. - Full name and personal details of participants in our services including home address, email address, home and mobile telephone numbers and date of birth
- Full name and personal details of parent and/or legal guardian of the participant in our services including contact information (eg home address, email address, home and mobile telephone numbers)
- Medical history and information regarding any disability, health condition or medication required of participants
- Educational details including the name and address of the participant’s school or college
- Information relating to any affiliation with another football club
- Financial information to process payments for products and services that are purchased from us and for fraud detection and prevention purposes
We will tell you if providing some personal data is optional but in all other cases personal data must be provided in order for us to perform the services you contract with us to perform.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to be able to perform our contract to provide football and educational programmes, and in particular for the following reasons:

- To notify you of any changes to our programmes including delivery at a specified time and place
